How we ship, when you can return, how refunds are timed, and who to contact if something goes wrong. Written plainly so there are no surprises after you buy.
Shipping
Dispatch time. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (or of the COD token being paid). You'll get the courier name and tracking number by email and on your order page once the parcel is picked up.
Couriers. We ship pan-India through established carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post, choosing the carrier that serves your pincode most reliably. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; remote pincodes can take longer.
Insurance on high-value parcels. High-value components are shipped insured and, where the carrier supports it, with signature-on-delivery. Every parcel is packed with anti-static and shock protection appropriate to the part.
Please inspect the outer packaging on delivery. If it arrives crushed, wet or opened, refuse the parcel or note the damage with the delivery agent and record your unboxing on video — this protects any later claim (see returns and warranty below).
Returns & warranty
Warranty and return terms are listed on each product page.
Every part is dispatched only after passing its bench test, and its results stay published at the part's QR link. The warranty shown on a product's listing (and on your invoice) is the warranty that applies to it, alongside any manufacturer warranty that remains valid.
An unboxing video is required for any claim.
Record one continuous, unedited video that starts with the sealed parcel — showing the shipping label and intact seals — and runs through opening it and testing the part. Without this video we cannot verify a transit-damage or not-as-described claim and it may be declined.
How to raise a claim. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and your unboxing video. Claims are assessed against the part's published test report. We'll respond with the next steps — do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Condition of returns. Return the part with all included accessories, cables and packaging. Used and refurbished parts are sold in the exact graded, bench-tested condition described on the product page and shown in the test report; the stated grade and cosmetic wear are not grounds for a return. Physical damage caused after delivery, missing components, or removed serial stickers void the claim.
Refund timelines
Once we receive the returned part and confirm the issue (or once a claim is approved from your unboxing video), refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
- Prepaid (UPI, card, netbanking): refunded to the original payment method, typically credited within 5–7 business days of initiation, subject to your bank.
- COD orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account details you provide, typically within 5–7 business days of initiation.
Where a replacement is agreed instead of a refund, we dispatch the replacement once the original is on its way back to us, following the same dispatch and shipping timelines above.
Terms of sale
All orders are placed with PC Helper. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes; a GST invoice is issued with every order.
Product listings — including specifications, condition grade and the test report — describe each individual unit as bench-tested by us. Stock is limited to the quantity shown; an order is confirmed only once payment (or the COD token) is received. If an item becomes unavailable or is mispriced due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Warranty coverage, where offered, is stated on each product page. Used and refurbished parts carry only the warranty explicitly listed for that unit.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — your name, contact details, and shipping address — plus records needed for tax and accounting. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
We share your details only with the courier delivering your parcel and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information — subject to records we must retain by law — by contacting us.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any grievance about an order or about this website with our grievance officer.
