What happens to what you send us

We use your name, phone number, city and (if you give it) your email address for one purpose: to quote for this part, arrange its courier and pay you. Your photos are re-saved without their location data before we store them.

If we go ahead, you’ll register and show us one government ID. We look at the document, note down that we checked it, and delete the image — we never keep a copy. Full details are in our privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete these details at any time by writing to us, and we’ll do it unless tax law requires us to keep a purchase record. Grievances go to the officer named in our privacy policy.
